>Chestnaught, MeganiumYou picked two extremely poor cards. It has nothing to do with EXs; there are plenty of viable Stage 1 and 2 Pokemon in current Standard, but these two are not one of them.
I put this together in all of two seconds, but you should probably look online for better versions of Chesnaught Break. It's actually not the worst since you have Forest to turbo up to it.
You can try moving it in to Expanded to take advantage of Virizion EX, and Jirachi/Comp Search can speed it up. You can also try M Sceptile, but that might slow the deck down too much.
I have a similar deck that uses Beautifly and I win tournaments with it.
