Knock off, set up sunny day, then Giga Drain until you can Tera. Tera allows giga drain to actually heal more than 2HP while you set up to +6 with growth. You might faint once, so make sure it's before you use tera. Went covert cloak to avoid paralysis, Pikachu only ever went for thunders and surfs, probably due to my physical bulk investment. Probably a better spread out there but this worked for me
