This is literally just a deviantart tier Flygon blasted with all of the blur to hide the obvious fakeness and it's fighting an Espeon which doesn't exist in the Hoenn dex and has a level too low for something that doesn't exist in the Hoenn dex, doesn't show up in the demo datamining of the trainer encounters and has no reason to be fought in a cave which is easily taken from X/Y. I might have considered it with a grain of salt if the "leaker" had bothered giving us more pictures like of the cities, but he didn't.
Also Mega Flygon literally just looks like a Flygon with copy pasted limbs, eyes and wings.
