Can anyone guess where this place was going to be? I've searched in the leaked beta build a place like this, nothing matches it. The only thing that has 4 tiles of doors is the Celadon Game corner's interior so my guess is that the interior was kept and the building replaced with something else (probably in ウエスト). I think this screenshot comes from an even older build, probably the same as when the player's house was next to a bigger building in Silent Hill (seen on Bulbapedia).
