Interactions include:
Spinning a poke stop or gym
Battling in a gym
Throwing a ball at a Pokémon
Using a berry on a wild or gym Pokémon
And putting a Pokémon in a gym.
Doing anything other than what’s listed above is fine when teleporting. Simply tapping on a Pokémon (for shiny checking) does not count as an interaction and therefore doesn’t initiate cool down.
