Rita challenges her to a pokemon battle to settle this argument and sends out her newly evolved Gothitelle.
Jynx and Gothitelle battle on equal footing and end by clashing their psychic powers against one another. Neither
Can overpower the other and the resulting explosion knocks both of them back. They decide to call it a draw and Rita tells her that she will get all the gym badges first before running off into the woods. Rouka now reinvigorated by her rival tells Jynx to come on before running off to route 7.
