Elimination of the archaic concept of HMs. Make all HM moves TMs, and make owning any TM with a field effect allow you to use the field effect with any compatible Pokemon in your party at any time, regardless of if they know the battle move or not.
A Pokemon game outside the main series with an active battle system. My dream has always been of one with a battle system reminiscent of the Tales series, but any kind of action-based battle system where you actually control the Pokemon and dodge and such would be fine. I want to have battles that feel like the ones we see in the anime/manga: a legitimate battle, with skill and reactions instead of just "I pick my move you pick yours."
An actual good ability on MetagrossCoverage moves on DelphoxRevamp Ice type. At the very least make it resist water.
