Just major changes I would make:

-Bug resistance change to Bug weakness

Janine also had this problem. Clair and the E4 were all around the 40s and higher, but Janine in the post-game has Pokemon between levels 36-39. Thankfully HGSS fixed it and knocked her mons up to levels 44-50. Still easy for postgame but at least you won't just steamroll her.
