The closest thing to Rosa's canon voice would come from the japanese animated trailer because I assume the devs actually had an audition and chose the most appropriate sounding voice that they think suites her.
No where in my post did it say or imply the voice actor for Rosa's age determined what her canon age was. Far from the point me or the OP is trying to make.
