I haven't posted an update in a while, but I've been pretty busy with work over the last month and a bit, as well as Endwalker releasing a couple weeks ago, so I haven't had much time to play.
Finished off the Yellow leg of Round 2. Losing Ramuh to the Rival fight just before Victory Road sucked ass. He honestly wasn't that useful, but not having Pikachu in Yellow just feels weird. Lahabrea was MVP as he basically did the E4 solo. Only thing through the first four he didn't do himself was Lance's Dragonite which Jessie took care of.
The Rival fight was a little tense, most of the team ended the fight in the yellow/red, but managed to not lose anyone.
Going to start Gold today, but likely going to be another week or so before next update because still pretty busy until after the New Year.
>>49056130Good Luck with your run. Looking pretty good already. I know my attempt at doing Renegade Platinum ended at Aaron's encounter. I was doing the game mostly blind and that surprise fight really kicked my ass as I had nothing really prepared for it.
>>49060086I generally just have my team, switching out a pokemon at times if I catch something I feel fits the team better and just grinding up a replacement in the event of a casualty.
