Personally I've always been of the opinion that every single board should be worksafe, but also have a second non-worksafe version with the same basic topic, or now that we're not in 2003 anymoew there should be a NSFW filter that you can disable, with thread creators designating whether a thread is SFW or NSFW at thread creation. Would honestly solve a lot of problems.
