I've enjoyed my sessions with Carrie! She consistently has text about being an outcast, and that experiencing love (both platonic and sexual) is new to her, which I think is fitting.
My only problem is that IMO she speaks too clearly. Ellipses, s-stutters "um"s, and "ah"s would go a long way toward making her feel like that gloomy outcast girl stereotype. That's the main thing that stuck out to me.
Apart from that, I think she could be less confident overall. She seems pretty decisive, not second guessing herself very often.
I'm assuming that this is a general AI issue, and one that isn't hard to overcome with some extra message attempts, but I'll mention it anyway: She seems to think she's in the lost hotel pretty frequently. After we finished fucking in the woods, and after waking up in my bedroom, she's started dialog about being trapped in the lost hotel lol. But I've had similar issues with bots on aisekai, most notably a Cynthia bot that often walked over to a piano no matter where we were. As I said it's not too big of an issue, just something I thought I'd mention.
