A shame too, as that's the one thing that made moltres stand out from every other generic bird on fire phoenix. I guess we got hot pink galarian moltres now, but it's not the same when we could've had it all.
>>46229363The one good thing about it is the flat colors make it easy to eye-drop the exact base color they're supposed to be without lighting applied, whereas the watercolor's shading means you might grab a pixel that's a little lighter or darker and the extreme highlights sometimes make certain details of a design ambiguous. That's about it :/
