What makes Torractat better than Incineroar is that its proportions allow it to function BOTH as a biped and as a quadraped without cross the line of animal-based creature/pet into the uncanny valley. I'm not saying that Incineroar should present as a quadraped in-game
Other cat-like Pokemon that do this well are Purloin and Floragato. Like animals in nature, their bodies give them the option to function as bipeds. In-game they appear as bipeds but they are proportioned so that they can also function on all fours. This keeps their designs from appearing too humanoid when they are primarily meant to be animal-inspired
