Look at the Pokemon, look at what moves it has, think of what moves would be good on it based on its stats and role you want it to function, compare it to that in your five other mons to have it mesh well
look at the EVs, put them into relevant stats. battle a few times and if you feel the EVs aren't doing it right for you, adjust them accordingly. you should be able to just look at the nature and decide that for yourself, as well as item
