They will covet things they deem of value, and hoard them, such as food or treasure. This behavior is common to dragons, because they are large and magically powerful, and need lots of resources and stockpiles in order to sustain their vast power.
But sometimes Noivern will attempt to kidnap a Pokémon or human, either because it intends to eat them later on, or, because they grew attached to you and now see you as 'theirs' and don't want to let you leave their domain — Dragons never see humans as the ones in charge, and cannot truly be tamed. At most, they'll grow fond of you, play along with what their trainer wants and work with them. But ultimately they answer to no one, and always regard themselves as the authority. You don't own a dragon, it's either mutual respect or they regard you as their property. You do not simply tell a dragon 'no', it will not listen to any commands it strictly opposes, or if the demand comes off as weak. So if they feel like it, they will whisk humans away.
Noivern are notorious for the hoarding behavior. Countless artefacts have been found in their domiciles — which are in remote places, usually inside a cave or up on a mountain, or a castle which has been long abandoned (because they attacked it, and forced everyone out).
Noivern treasure hoards often have gold, small valuables, bones and dead meat (charred and cooked) living meat (terrified), and jewels. Sometimes even automobiles or small boats, or entire fruit trees that were ripped out of the ground and flown all the way there. Noivern absolutely love fruit, but most of their diet is meat (usually Wooloo), and, once in a blue moon, they do need to include gold and jewels in their diet.
Things which find themselves in Noivern lairs tend to not come back out for quite some time.
