>>13451749If you look at the picture, you'll see the characters in the second column repeated a lot. On the building, top of the screen, middle section. It's in green on black on the right side of the screen. And again, on top of the billboard on the back. This makes me think that this is probably a syllabary like Japanese and that those are the characters for "po" and "ke." Since I don't see any diacritics on any of these characters, it's also likely that the "po" character also stands in for "ho" and "bo" and the "ke" character for "ge."
I wish this image were higher resolution so I could get a better look at the other characters, especially that news ticker on the left.
