Ghost Type has more quality Pokémon designs than Dragon does, with almost no bad ones. Dragon has less of a solid identity, but Ghosts all share the common Halloween vibe and do a lot of them are rather fascinating.{spoiler]I like the raw energy of Dragon Type a lot more, but Ghost is objectively cooler, more interesting and flavorful.
