I loaded the save for my previous Empire run which was around Toliman, already noticed some changes, for one, Toliman is infinitely laggier now due to some particle effects around the map, the "lighting" around the place is still super broken and the game has plenty of changed dialogue in areas in seems, some npcs has far shorter texts regarding stuff that's happening in the area and certain npcs are mentioning characters that weren't a thing before, very interesting.
