Gen 1 is when he had the most soul but somewhere in Hoenn the gleam of a living creature leaves his eyes and he turns into a main character good guy drone. I've watched a shit-ton of the ashnime, and still couldn't tell you.
Anyone have any tips on "copying" characters in fiction? What's you guys's method for getting down the personality, or the "feel" of a character that isn't your own?
