Someone linked one recently in another thread but it seems the MEGA link is down.

He still could couldn't get it working so I just did it myself right now and I think he forgot to update the file extension after patching the file. Marcrobledo's online patcher adds ".txt" to the end after ".gba" for some reason. You need to cut out the ".txt" for the file to function correctly. Also probably best to rename the rest of the file to "Pokemon Unbound" just for aesthetic reasons lol.
