Mable keeps her cool, but is notably cringing from the noise as well.

With Frogadier's loud exclaimation comes an equally loud backlash in the form of a rain of icicles from above. These icicles stab the battleground with fierce relentlessness, surrounding both Pokemon and trapping them in a ring of stalactites. Torchic's Heat Wave cutting off prevents these babies from melting on the spot, which is what you were hoping for in the first place.
But you can't keep her off Heat Wave duty for too long or things could get ugly.
