>>13569759This probably won't help, but I personally do really rough skeletons of whatever i'm drawing first, followed by quick chicken scratches for a general base and then make them a little neater, taking a little more care, before rendering it all slowly.
I think it's more of a style thing, really, and you should try and figure out how you work best on your own. No amount of being told how to hold you arm or how to lay down your lines is going to help, as much as repeating mistakes and expecting improvement will.
