You can see the artist was going for something between Dratini and Dragonair

I've hated this since gen 1 and will always hate this and the fact that Dragonair + Eviolite isn't even remotely viable for anything and it gets a huge stat boost as Dragonite.
I don't hate Dragonite, I'd be fine if it was either its own Pokemon or got its own line but jesus fuck I would kill for a another evo that takes after Dragonair. A longer, more angelic sea serpent.
