Plus if I recall correctly didn't Rowlet win? How come Rowlet, Mimikyu, and Primarina not have made it on top of refresh but oddly Incineroar did? I know Rowlet did for like a week or lower which is odd because Decidueye lasted longer. Point is refresh shouldn't be used as a popularity check and the little magazine poll shouldn't be taken as the entire Japanese audiance. I'm saying this because Litten has a lot more fan art than Rowlet which really makes you think.
