>>55558891it's only a fan theory, but Generation 5 redid the sprites for all Hoenn Pokemon and brought back Dive as an HM, not convinced it was bc of the backlash though, the 3DS was already over a year old when B2W2 launched and they were probably feeling like they oughta cut Gen 5 short to migrate over.
