wasn't even hard, i was just trying to get screenshots and also making lots of tiny mistakes while running through my strat (like, say, missing that the stupid fucker's starter's aqua slam can lower speed)

i did it as budcheep coming in on hypnosis, screech once while it CM's, wing attack, screech again after it heals and that should be enough to take it out at level 20
