He's not even mentioning the most obvious and concerning issues with these games. If it's just Galar's linearity and PLA's "open world", both being completely empty, then it's going to be fucking garbage. And of course you have the shit visuals and performance as well as the possible return of forced mechanics like the party exp share and affection system.
Also the designs are pretty shit so far, but those are very subjective to everyone and can probably change with time.
