That means at the very least they have some kind of gut and some kind of circulatory system to move material from their organs to their exterior. An Onix’s body is probably 80-90% rock with only a brain, eyes, through-gut (or they just regurgitate waste), veins, and a heart. They also probably have nerve endings since they can feel pain, but that could just be rock magic.
