>>53334752>>53334781Imagination theory makes sense of the Pokemon come out based off of what the professor envisions them to look like, as far as we know we only have visual info on the Raidon, the Donphans and now Paradox Suicune and Paradox Virizion.
In Great Tusk's case, even though there's a photograph, the actual Pokemon looks different from both the sketch and the photo (different spikes, different ears, different tail, different hair on feet, etc). If it's actually time travel and the Pokemon are legitimate, there should be zero difference between the photo and the real thing, and even if we account for human error getting some of the details wrong in the sketch, there shouldn't be THAT many things off about something that came and killed a dude.
So far the only explanation on this I've seen from time travel guys is that Gamefreak somehow fucked up the details on the Donphan which imo is really stupid since this is such a central piece of lore.
If Terapagos goes what's off of the professor's mental image of the Pokemon, these discrepancies can be explained by the professor (or Terapagos) filling in missing details itself. This explains why the sketch of Walking Wakes and Leaves are different from the real thing, because they came from what the professor imagined a future Virizion or past Suicine could look like, this explains why Wakes has dinosaur traits (Sada thinks past = dinosaur thanks to Occulture) and Leaves is a robot with the same uniform design elements as the other future Paradoxes (Turo thinks future = robot).
