I made my best attempt at translating that GF report about NOA's attempt to "americanize" their designs. Note that I am by no means a native speaker, so don't treat this shit as gospel. I did, however, fine-comb over the whole thing with JDIC to make sure I didn't make any huge errors. It's not 100% exact word-for-word literal either, I focused on capturing the intent of the passages.
It's pretty interesting, seems to detail a correspondence between GF staff and Minoru Arakawa, then-president of NoA.
