>>54735748She was specifically inspired by women who are bad for you long-term, but I'd be lying if I said it's not also a little bit of things like size difference to go with the territory. Visually she is primarily a cross between a (preemptive) widow and a sea anemone.
The version on the right was the first draft, before I started incorporating more of the things I'm into more directly into the design. There was never anything intentionally meant to represent perfume bottles, but specifically the coating is supposed to be a sweet-smelling but hazardous material that drives home the fact that she's bad for you if you keep her around.
