Also while I was trying to remember the quote (I just looked it up instead, pic related), I realized that it doesn't refer to the assistant as "her" or "him" (which would hint more towards the AI clone as it'd be different in each version). Might also be a trick to distract from the real identity of that assistant.
Geeta definitely seems intelligent, so this would apply to her. And she has some kind of vision of Paldea, so she would share some goals with the professor who wants to create their "paradise".
