They’re a bunch of pranksters who like to mess with passersby, but are overall harmless. They hold Giratina in high reverence because whatever he did to earn solitary confinement in the Distortion World must have been awesome. The leader is a normally chill Dusknoir who communicates with the spirits of the ruins, though the Spooky Plate has caused him to act erratically. When Mew and the gang first meet them they act normally – playing friendly pranks and whatnot, but when Dusknior finds out they're looking for the plate he tries to off them.
