Did you like how your favourite Pokémon were represented in the 1000 Pokémon video?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pa08Y-fhfTII liked how they showed Mew for the reasons I mentioned in my last thread about this:
>>53006584I am making this thread because my last one did not get too many responses but also because another thing I wanted to mention is how I liked in the video they organized the Pokémon in to different groups. For example my second favourite Mine Jr. is with the other Baby Pokémon. I'm sure we know some Pokémon have similar themes across different generations such as the pika-clones, the rodents, the birds, the bugs and more but it's very interesting to me see sort of confirmed liked this which is what and in what group. But they are still trying to avoid counting Pokémon more than once so it makes me wonder how official these groupings exactly are. The pseudo-legends did not get their own group and Pokémon got thrown in to very general groups like the cave group at 0:59, the general evolutions group at 2:41, the grass group at 1:33. Still I'm glad they did it this why. Another thing someone mentioned in the last thread was how they did not show Mega Evolutions. The fact they showed off so many of the forms is great but it's interesting which ones they chose to not include. No gender differences from gen 1 to 4 is another. Some Pokémon get special parts like Pikachu, Snorlax, Feebas and Spinda but of course the most special of treatment clearly went to number 1000 itself.
I still think there should have been some sort of reveal at the end but after the dex cut I'm glad they are even acknowledging reaching 1000 Pokémon at all.
