She wakes up hours later with a crusted over head wound. Her leg is gangrenous and she begins to panic, screaming for help. Several more hours pass; Lillie is growing weak from blood loss and her voice is hoarse. Then, someone arrives; a man that she cannot clearly see in the evening darkness save for his hat. The man lunges at Lillie, strips her completely naked (exacerbating her wounds in the process) and viciously rapes her. After hours of agony and fear, she endures additional stress, pain, and humiliation as this man steals her innocence.
The man only stops his attack once Lillie has become utterly broken and unresponsive. He zips up his pants and leaves; Lillie is a cum-soaked, nude mess that dies shortly thereafter, cold, physically and mentally destroyed, and utterly alone.
