- Make shinys unique. Instead of being set color swaps, shiny pokemon colors are mixed and matched randomly at the time they are generated (so pokemon X when shiny can have different colored fur and/or different colored skin and/or different colored eyes, all three of those can each be several different colors) and the shiny colors you get can be bred for (so if you get two with shiny black fur you get increased chance for their offspring to be shiny and the offspring will also have black fur)
- HMs become TMs and any pokemon that can learn a given HM move can use that move outside of battle without being taught the move after completing the gym that unlocks it.
