>>20511526Here's an example on the Pokemon stat summary screen. Notice how the stat texts are red and blue? Red raises the base stat by 10% while blue lowers that stat by 10%.
It's best used from Pokemon to Pokemon. Say that a Pokemon has shit SpA but good ATT base stat, you're used Adamant to lower the SpA which you wont use and raise the attack further.
