>>49089682Okay, let's go. I'm actually opting not to do Sandbox mode, if I fail, I might just use NG+ so I can skip some of the necessary grind. I may want to do postgame on this run.
I did reset a few times so Gible was actually good, normally I wouldn't, but I was getting spectacularly bad luck (Gible having multiple 0 IVs in key stats like Attack and Speed, along with natures like fucking Modest or Quiet) so I just took the time to ensure Gible had passing IVs and a half-decent nature.
Was VERY lucky to score Mawile in the first dungeon you go through, being a rare-ish encounter on top of having a bad catch rate. I usually do use Pinwheel Clause, but I'll hold off on using it for Icicle Cave, since I could get 3 encounters very early which is probably a bit much.
Also Merry Christmas, all.
>>49095239Cool to see another Lorelocke - I might try it myself in a relatively harder game.
I'd say that nectar rule is up to you, I don't know how it works but I'd personally say just the gym leader as that sounds more challenging.
>>49094170Your team above looks plenty powerful, I'd personally wait.
>>49091813I think they're the encounter on the route you get them like any other encounter. Though I think that only just applies to Charmander
Note they're all extremely powerful though, getting all of them does kind of break the game.
>>49093010Insurgence has a very downward-sloping difficulty curve, everything until the second gym leader is really dangerous. Just try and conserve mons where you can, having a full team for the first gym is definitely really good though.
