I played the gym leader cube today with my unsuspecting draft players. It really blew their minds. "It's as if you'd just woken up from a cryogenic sleep and they released some new sets you never saw!"
The decks weren't as streamlined as with the Base->Rocket cube but people had a blast and enjoyed the shifted meta and the new interactions.
I myself managed to get two early DCEs and then just drafted beatdown I could set up quickly. Bench hate is really a thing in the gym editions. Damn, drafting new things really is amazing.
