BMI is just a proportion of weight to height; it doesn't differentiate between muscle and fat, so a landwhale claiming this is a fat joke is so wrong and stupid it hurts. The average landwhale probably weighs less than pic related, but the landwhale's weight is in almost all fat, rather than being mostly muscle with extra mass only existing to help support the core.
