OK so I wasn't convinced by how charge moves are being naively ranked by their 'DPS' since this assumes that you have infinite energy (ie can just spam your charge attack on cooldown) and doesn't take number of charges into account.
So I did some simple autism on the numbers and came up with a list that has some unusual surprises as to which charge moves actually contribute the most damage in a real fight.
Will upload the spreadsheet on gdocs if anyone is actually interested.
