I hate that fact and I wish he were real, because the idea of a creepy sea lion clown that turns out nice is too adorable for me and he literally has fluffy sea sponge as a goddamn mane, how do you not like that. Popplio himself is shaped as a friend and meant to be hugged and this guy is shaped and sized to hug you instead and would probably cheer you up all day and not give a fuck about it. Fucking hell, this is what I get when I care about shit. I usually even detest fakemon and yet, this guy managed to crawl into my heart.
