I'd boil Axel down to Dark/Psychic. Though most of it is Axel as the overarching OC I use in general rather than Axel the pokemon trainer.

Axel isn't "evil" like the japanese name would imply but the fact that he never talks and gives off weird vibes to other people would mean people think of him negatively.

Psychic is the type of "supernatural". Again, it's more of the general Axel concept rather than him as a trainer since he doesn't have any supernatural abilities outside of a keener ability to read pokemon than most trainers.

I couldn't really imagine any. Anybody Axel would have an extended friendship would either be willing to deal with his sperg nature,or be one themselves so its less dealing with and more sharing that experience with.
