Though we finally reach our first proper evolution, with M'Larkey! The name pun someone on here made years ago and it works incredibly well! I initially wasn't sold on the idea of a Farfetch'd evolution, but the idea grew on me over the years of him being a Magikarp equivilant. I also liked Sword and Shield's evo method they used, even though I dislike Sirfetched.
Doduborn I imagine isn't actually three-headed, but rather 3 baby birds that are just stuck in each others fur. Essentially, they grow a head when they evolve. I like to imagine the heads represent Id, Ego, and Superego! One thing I'd love to do if I can ever figure out is have it so when it evolves, you get 2 additional doduos, like how Nincada's evo works. It might be a bit pointless, but I think lroe touches like that are fun! (You might also notice Dodrio's line is Ground/Flying now. This was a decision I agonized on over for weeks, and ultimately did after changing the typing of another Pokemon.)
Filfee was a very late addition, but it's cute. Again, I'd like to try out a babymon only cup to see how it'd work, and give the babymons some purpose.
