Parameters are the usual pre-sync +3 strength with +1 Atk/SAstk over No Status. With the additional effects parameter.
Hau grid was a bit of a meme, I went full sync nuke with Thundershock MGR nodes instead of Discharge. Oh and I have 5/5 5* Hau.
As long as you crit the first Hau sync you're pretty easily set.
