The AI won't let you create images that are too violent but there's work arounds in the terms of general language used and even switching/flipping around key words/phrases within the prompt to facilitate it or even trick the AI. The threads on /v/ get crazy with the amount of obscene stuff you can get away with even though the AI has been significantly censored/restricted since it launched. Here's a non Pokemon example.
