I'm new to competitive play and he said I should make a Voltorb with Explosion because he'd find that amusing.
Now I know that Voltorb's attack sucks and all, in fact, Voltorb in general sucks, but how can I maximise its attack stat to make Explosion as effective as possible?
I'll sink all the EVs into attack and speed, but are their any nifty items that would be useful for it or anything? Will Aftermath affect my opponent if I blow myself up?
