Monster Crown is about the world being a terrible place where people do wrong for their own benefit, betray people, and mostly some people are suffering for decades with no relief in sight, and how you're supposed to deal with that? I really don't know, but two characters in particular take a shot at what they think is the right path - I don't want to post spoilers but they get mixed results and I think reception of their motives and actions will be very divided and debated. If you think life is miserable though and happiness is a fleeting dream, I think you might find something to enjoy in the story.
for those of you that read this wall of text, thank you for taking the time, I appreciate that and by no means did you have to. I hope if you like the way the game looks you'll give it a shot one day, but if not that's cool too.
