I also repel scummed for a level 35 tentacool on route 108, and I had a numel and machop in my box. This is not the end of the end. I think I can really salvage this run. I just have to avoid any electric type trainers until I can get numel up higher.
Banette would be really nice I think, I will try to get one. Vulpix also would be pretty cool because though I have a fire type already it never hurts to have options. And maybe I'll get lucky in the safari zone. At least I am not worried about Winona because I now have tentacruel with ice beam and pelipper with toxic. I think its very doable.
